Patients>Patient Lookup>Workflows

The Patient Workflows screen displays all open and closed workflows for the patient. These workflows are arranged by referral. Each workflow has five activities that the workflow is moving through sequentially.

Activity 1 - Lab Kit handles ordering and tracking/receiving lab kits for Biomonitoring or Fragment Analysis.

Activity 2 - Form/Questionnaire contains capture of the patient questionnaire or fragment form that may be received with the lab kit.

Activity 3 – Lab Order establishes a record of the order request in the EFR system for either Biomonitoring or Fragment Analysis.

Activity 4 – Lab Result captures the Biomonitoring or Fragment Analysis results after the results have been received.

Activity 5 – Interpretation & Diagnosis completes the workflow by the provider interpreting the results and printing out letters to be sent to the provider and the patient.

1. You can click the Select button to access each of the five Activities of a Workflow. If an activity is not available yet, it is marked as “N/A” and doesn’t offer a Select button.

2. You can click the “Select Referral” button to review the patient’s referral information. A patient can have multiple referrals, but only one accepted referral.

3. You can click the Select Contact Entries button to access Contact information.

4. You can click the Cancel button to return to the Patients Lookup screen.
